Judy Seals, the Executive Director of SequelCare of Maine, has been with Sequel Youth and Family Services for nearly 20 years. She has over 30 years of experience in the field working with children and families, including opening and founding several programs.

She started at Woodward Academy with Sequel Youth and Family Services in 2000 as the Admissions Director, where she was instrumental in getting the first child from the Virgin Islands placed. The program continued to grow from there and in 2004, Judy started a day school within Woodward Academy where she worked to place kids from other districts. In 2006, she founded SequelCare of Iowa as the Executive Director.
Judy was part of the acquisition and founding of SequelCare of Maine and was the Executive Director of both SequelCare of Iowa and SequelCare of Maine for over a year. She moved to Maine in December 2012 and has worked diligently to grow SequelCare of Maine into the program it is today, obtaining Joint Commission Accreditation and continuing to add new programs to best serve the people of Maine.
