Residential Housing (Section 21)

Our residential housing program consists of small group homes located in Westbrook and Winthrop. Our homes support adults living with developmental disabilities and qualify for housing through MaineCare Section 21 waiver. Our Winthrop House is a beautiful updated older home that can house 3 residents. Our homes in Westbrook are new town house style homes built for 2 adults each. We work closely with the client’s team members to ensure that they are thriving and living a fulfilling life. Our hope for our clients is that they establish meaningful community relationships and to assist them in maintaining them. We support the exploration of their interests and passions, and help them find new ones. These homes are staffed 24/7 in the ratio needed to support the level of care the resident requires.
